Thank you for purchasing artwork from Spotted Dog Glassblowing!

All of our glass art is hand-crafted, making each item unique. It is our goal to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

In Person or Online Store items

Artwork that is purchased in person or directly on the website is eligible for a refund, unless otherwise documented at the time of purchase. 

If we have not yet shipped your order, you will be issued a full refund. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to wait for the order to arrive, and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have opened the package, you are responsible for re-packaging the item so that it does not break in transit. Items that return back to us broken or damaged are not eligible for refunds. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with your request to cancel your order or for a refund within 48 hours of your purchase. 

 If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 48 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

If it is determined you are eligible for a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Custom Commissions and Memorials

There are no refunds available for Custom Commissions or Memorials.

Each work of art is handmade to order. For that reason, once the creation of your custom commission has begun, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us. We will make best efforts to resolve the issue.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and explain the issue. We will respond within 72 hours and use best efforts to resolve the issue.
